Nicolette Hudson is Intellectual Property Counsel at Express, LLC.  In her current position she serves as a strategic partner with the marketing, design, and merchant departments.  She is also responsible for implementing Express’ strategy for protecting and defending intellectual proeprty assets worldwide.  She previously served as outside counsel for domestic and international clients, counseling on a wide array of intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on advertising matters and intellectual property counseling and enforcement.
