Aba Rogers is Global Marketing Counsel and Worldwide Licensing Attorney with The Coca-Cola Company.  In her role, Aba negotiates and drafts various marketing, consulting, and vendor agreements as well as advises and counsels Coca-Cola’s various global marketing functions on intellectual property law issues, including privacy and publicity rights, copyrights and trademark infringement, social media marketing, and interactive mobile and digital marketing.  Aba also provides legal advice and counsel to the Company’s North America licensing group.  Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Aba was Senior Division Counsel in Georgia-Pacific Corporation’s Consumer Products Division for six years, supporting the Procurement and Brawny Paper Towel divisions.

Aba received her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 1997 and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2000.  Aba also studied abroad during her final year of law school at the University College London-School of Law.  She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband Brad.
